The Crochet Guild's Merchant Charter
Every artifact is handcrafted with care, patience, and many levels invested in the Fiber Arts skill tree. Because custom commissions are created specifically for each adventurer, please review the Guild's policies before accepting a quest.
Custom Commission Refund Policy
Before Crafting Begins
If you choose to abandon your quest before crafting begins:
Any payment beyond the required deposit may be refunded.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your commission slot and cover planning, design work, and materials procurement.
After Crafting Has Begun
Once the Artisan Guild has begun work on your commission:
Refunds cannot be issued for completed labor, purchased materials, or time already invested.
Partial refunds may be considered at the Guild's discretion if a project is canceled during production.
Guild-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event the Guild must cancel a commission:
Any work not yet completed will be fully refunded.
If no work has begun, a full refund will be provided.
If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on project progress.

Handmade Nature of Items
Every artifact is crafted by hand.
Minor variations in stitch placement, color appearance, and yarn texture are considered part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship and are not grounds for refunds or returns.
Quest Abandonment
If a customer becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days after completion notice?
The commission may be considered abandoned.
The Guild reserves the right to relist, donate, or dispose of the item after reasonable efforts to establish contact.
Refunds will not be issued for abandoned quests.
