Answers to the most common questions brought before the Guild Master.
How do I start a commission quest?
Simply fill out the Commission Request Form with your idea, colors, measurements, and any reference images. Once your quest is reviewed, you'll receive a quote and estimated completion time.
What treasures can be commissioned?
The guild currently crafts: Wearables (hats, hoods, scarves, shawls, sweaters, and more) Dice bags Tapestries and wall hangings Other crochet creations on a case-by-case basis If you can dream it, it's worth asking about!
Can I choose my own colors?
Absolutely! Adventurers may select colors, themes, and design details whenever possible. From magical forest druid to a fierce dragon, we'll work together to being your vision to life.
How much gold will my quest cost?
Each item is custom-made, so pricing varies based on size, complexity, materials, and time required. Every quest receives a custom quote before crafting begins.
How long does crafting take?
Crafting times vary depending on: Quest complexity Current guild workload Material availability Real-life side quests Estimated completion times will be provided when your commission is accepted.
Do you ship across the realm?
Yes! Completed treasures can be shipped throughout the United States. Local pickup may be available for nearby adventurers.
Can you make matching dice bags?
Of course! Matching party sets, campaign-themed dice bags, and custom tabletop accessories are always welcome quests.
Can you recreate someone else's pattern?
The guild respects fellow artisans and does not create exact copies of another maker's original work. If you have a pattern in mind, that you would like to be made, please link it to me so I can purchase! Inspiration and custom designs are happily welcomed.
Are your items handmade?
Every item is handcrafted by Jennifer, in the hills of West Virginia, using yarn, patience, creativity, and a little midnight magic.
Do you accept rush orders?
Sometimes! Rush commissions depend on current availability and may require an additional fee. Contact the guild master before scheduling any time-sensitive quests. Please avoid rush orders during holiday season and during market prep (which is typically the 2 weeks before my next event).
What if I need to cancel my quest?
If crafting has not yet begun, a refund may be available. Once supplies have been gathered and work has started, deposits are generally non-refundable. Please see the Commission Charter for full details.
How do I care for my enchanted item?
Care instructions are included whenever applicable. Proper care will help your handmade treasure remain adventure-ready for years to come.
